Dr. Barbara Mahaffey is the new Executive Direct rob the Scioto Paint Valley Mental Health Center on 4449 Ohio 159, Chillicothe, Ohio. Mahaffey introduces some new faces at the Martha Cottrill Clinic, where they'll be hosting a job fair Thursday December 20 from 4:30pm to 6:30pm. Dr. Mahaffey announced a new 36 bed alcohol and drug facility for men "The Rulon Center" will be opening soon and they're looking to hire 30 new clinicians and other staffers.
